About the Show
Cecilia Nasti premiered Growing Concerns 19 years ago during National Gardening Month. With a focus on taking an organic approach, Nasti shared the art and science of gardening in the challenging environments of Texas.
Aired during the Folkways music program, Growing Concerns has expanded its point of view of the years to include Nasti’s personal gardening stories, along with practical advice and creative ideas so Central Texans can develop their own green thumbs.
In addition to hosting Growing Concerns, Nasti is the author of a monthly column in the free publication The Good Life; look for it around Austin. If you have a question about the show or gardening you can always email Cecilia.
